Dear Mr. Henshaw is the new solo project from Mike Surber (of Sons of Guns andFast Man). The acoustic guitar lays on a bed of stomp box percussion and ethereal string echoes. The lyrics are a shoebox full of old love letters and dirty pictures. It’s an intense and gentle one-man show. It’s sentimental garage folk.
